After facing health issues in childhood, Ché didn’t want to give up her experience at swim team, so she became a coach-in-training at age 11.

Coach Ché continues her coaching journey in competitive swimming today, now acting as the Head Coach of the highly successful Petawawa Predators Swim Club. Her years of coaching, paired with the decade she spent teaching inclusion, youth engagement strategies, and facilitation tactics has helped her to hone her ability to reach youth learners no matter how diverse.

Coach Ché has trained 1000s of people in this field and has offered hundreds of workshops and training sessions in her career. She has helped to raise up more than 1000 local swimming athletes and dozens of coaches in multiple sports and recreation programs.

She currently employs 9 teens on her own high-caliber coaching staff at the swim club. Her swim school, performance couaching, and training course reflect all the best stuff into one cohesive, and dynamic local initiative built for anyone who wants to excel in their swimming, training, and youth impact.
